Shipping and Delivery:

1. Free shipping for orders under $30. $6.99 Flat Rate shipping for orders $30 or more via USPS or UPS Ground service.

2. Purchased items are usually shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after receipt of payment. Items ordered by 5pm(EST) Monday – Friday will be shipped same day.

3. We will ship your purchased items to your verified shipping address via UPS or USPS. Please ensure your address is the correct address that is deliverable via UPS or USPS beforeyou purchase any item.

4. We do not ship to APD/AFO address. GUAM, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico and outside of 48contiguous US currently.

5. Normal shipping time will be 3 – 7 business days based on your location. We will informyou via email if carrier needs more time to ship your items.

Payment, Pricing and Promotions:

Return and Refund Policies:

1. All items must be returned within 14 days from date of receiving.

2. We do not accept returned items that have been used or laundered.

3. We do not accept returned items that smells of smoke or other odor.

4. We are not responsible for sending back returned items as above description.

5. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fee.

6. Our initial shipping fee will be deducted from your full refund.

7. All returns must have a RMA number verified by us via email.

8. Please don't accept damaged item caused by shipping, we will send you a new item.
