I ordered two of these pillows. They were as a regular size pillow, not small as the old ones were. Very nice quality and a great price as well. I don't know how they could be improved upon as these ones are perfect buckwheat hull pillows. I did have to remove some of the hulls but it was very easy to do. They also did not have any weird odors like some pillows have. I am very happy w/them. (Posted on 5/15/12)

I have had this pillow for about 3 months, and I can honestly say that I can't sleep without it now. I cannot sleep on soft pillows, and nothing I found was ever firm enough to prevent the pain and stiffness in my neck every morning. I read about the benefits of buckwheat pillows and thought I would give it a try. Another advantage is that this pillow always stays cool. I used to have foam pillows that held in so much heat I kept waking up all night sweating and having to flip the pillow over to the cooler side. No more! This pillow comes with a little pillow case. Cute, but I wish we could choose a color scheme since it doesn't match anything in my bedroom, lol! It is much smaller than a standard size pillow, so a normal pillow case will swallow it. And if you are like me, you will still need to keep standard pillows on the bed just to make it look normal because this pillow is small and doesn't keep its shape that well. Not great in the decor area, but great in the comfort area. Hey, it's a pillow, right? Made for sleeping, lol. If you are looking for a firm, cool pillow, especially if you suffer from neck pain from a too soft pillow, I would definitely recommend this. (Posted on 5/15/12)

I wasn't quite sure what to think when I got this pillow - it was heavier, flatter and much more firm than a typical pillow. I bought it because I suffer from severe back, neck and shoulder pain. And when I first used it, there didn't appear to be much give to it - and I thought it was supposed to conform to my head or something. Well, it has - and my neck and back feel better than they have in years. This pillow has been awesome for me. I travel frequently for work, and this pillow comes with me.

Its also a very high quality product. The ergonomic cover fits great, but it's a pink flowery cover... but honestly I don't care, because I feel so much better. (Posted on 5/15/12)

bought this for my husband, who snores and has mild sleep apnea. The first night he used this, he barely snored at all and felt more refreshed the next day. I ordered it Jan 19 afternoon, Thursday. This early morning, Jan 21, Saturday, I got it on my door in the big snow! I never got anything mailed so fast under the regular super saving mail -- estimated to arrive Jan.25-28!
The pillow is packed very well, with a high-quality plastic bag and a beautiful pillow cover! Also I am surprised to find it is from a luxury brand in Asia. I always buy this brand's bedding when I go back home in Asia. I put it under my head, it is harder and more solid than the foam pillow I am using now, but comfortable. It reminds me of the one my grandma made for me when I was little. It took me a little time to get used to it, but only got used to it, I just loved it.
Thanks for the seller's efficiency so that I can have a nice surprise while trapped in the snow. (Posted on 5/15/12)

After the first nite using the pillow I had to take out some filling, as the pillow was too stiff. Double zipper feature works great. The size was perfect for me. The pillow does support your neck. Was worried about hearing sounds from the buckwheat....nope. No smell! The pillow lays flat and doesn't move around. It's been almost a week now....and I like the pillow.
