We are hiring:  Web Developer

Responsibilities:

Website design

• Web usability and front end design development
• User interface
• Typography
• SEO/Social Media
• User experience principles
• Work with development teams on design aspects

Creation of high-quality graphical elements to spec

• Ensure materials are delivered in a timely manner
• Ensure that web and print materials implement brand style
• Graphic design of marketing materials and other graphical requirements

Support brand development activities

• Work with Product Management, Creative and Marketing to ensure that company brand and brand attributes are used appropriately throughout organization
• Support the structured interaction design process
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Relevant website design experience
• College degree in a related field
• Strong typography and iconography skills
• Able to use best practices and standards in regards to web design, color, web 2.0, and design theory
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of 3D, animation, social media, and internet tech trends a plus
• Ability to juggle through multiple projects to meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English and language is a major plus

Software Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Photoshop CS4/5, Illustrator CS4/5, Dreamweaver, HTML/XHTML/CSS are required.
• Experience with Adobe Fireworks CS4/5, Adobe InDesign CS4/5, After Effects CS4
